March 2020: Love Your Liver!
Time & Location
About the Event
Following up to our dandelion class in February, this month we are going to take a close up look at liver care! This is an important topic for Spring, since this is the time of year our body "cleans house" from Winter and prepares the metabolic organs for the increased activity of the Summer months. In this class, we will discuss a little liver anatomy and physiology, talk about herbs well - suited to Spring liver support and share some protocols that include lifestyle and diet as well as plant allies.
Liver care and support can be a complex and overwhelming topic, but one that is crucial for overall wellness. We often hear herbalists say, "When in doubt, treat the liver!", because it does so much for us in terms of our health. We will break things down into smaller pieces, navigate our way through, and get ready to bring a little love to our livers :)
Cost of class is $15, please be aware that due to concerns about COVID-19 this class will now only be available as an audio recording. The recording as well as the study guide will be sent out by email to registered participants on Sundau 3/22. Please follow along to the audio with the study guide! Write down any questions you have while listening and email them to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will have one week to email your questions and I will do a repeat audio recording of the answers on 3/28 and send them out. Please don't hestitate to email any questions!
See everyone there!
