In response to recent events, I have chosen to pivot the topic of study group a bit this month. Join us as we discuss herbs for times of crisis, including first aid, adaptogens and botanicals for immune resilience.

These are basic ways that all of us can utilize plant medicines to keep us, our loved ones and our communities safe. Perhaps now more than ever, having a basic understanding of the plants, how to use them and where to find them and prepare them is of incredible importance as we move forward into a world of unknowns.
