One of the issues that consistently comes up for herbalists and for folks that use herbs is joint health - whether its arthritis, Lyme, long-COVID, connective tissue, trauma or autoimmmunity, joints play a pivotal role in our wellbeing and are so easily affected by a large number of factors.
