SHSG March 2023: Botanicals for Blood Sugar Regulation

We haven't done a more "in depth" class in a while so I think its time for one, and this is a great topic not just for Spring, but for most of us living in the modern era. This month I invite you to join us as we discuss plant allies for blood sugar!

We will start by discussing the nuts and bolts of insulin resistance vs. insulin sensitivity, and by laying that groundwork, it will enable us to approach our conversation about foods, exercise and herbs from the perspective of insulin sensitivity preservation and promotion. As usual we will review herbs that can be of aid, and also go through some of my favorite products, protocols and formulas, as well as supportive care for folks struggling with blood sugar issues. We will leave plenty of time for questions with this class!
