SHSG November 2020: The Lovely Lymphatics

Welcome back for our November session of Syracuse Herbal Study Group! This month we discuss a vital, yet often overlooked, system of our anatomy and its physiology: the lovely lymphatics <3

I am so excited to talk about this amazing, magnificent and vital communication pathway. The lymphatic system is an integral part of our adaptive immunity and plays a big role in keeping us healthy this time of year. Join us as we discuss lymphatic structure, function, integration and pathology, as well as herbal protocols for support. As usual, we will also look at lifestyle and nutritional factors, and offer some solutions for when things come out of balance. All in all, we will spend about half of class getting to know the way the body works and the second half learning ways to support it holistically :)

I will be sending out emails with all needed handouts, PPTs and/or links before class on 11/17, and that email will also include the Zoom link so that you can join class live. If you are unable to join the live class but are interested in attending, please RSVP anyway! Send us an email at syracusehsg@gmail.com after you buy your ticket and let us know you would like the class recording to be emailed to you. You will still get all handouts and files, and can view the recorded class at your leisure.
