SHSG October 2020: Critical Thinking for Herbalists

Hi everyone and welcome back to our monthly class-based meetings! As our world becomes more and more complicated, especially in regards to our current public health crises, this October is a good time for us to sit down and chat about critical thinking. There's a whole lot of information out there, some good, some bad, some ugly, and it can be extremely difficult to navigate our way through it. Furthermore, as wellness-minded folks who want to truly understand and empower, we must be prepared to ask the right health questions when we use herbs for ourselves and for others. We always want to think critically, whether we are working with the plants, patients or just working our way through the massive amount of research, statistics and data available from books, the internet, social media and those around us.
